Be proactive and help your customers to understand hanging weights, cuts and information about the purchase of farm fresh meat. This will help guarantee happy and repeat customers. As the producer if you do not understand the process or information…..ASK! Please have the cut sheet filled out, or be prepared to fill out cut sheet at time of livestock drop off. There will be a $25 charge per cut sheet not turned in or filled out at time of livestock drop off.

*Beef*

  • Custom and inspected beef processing all $80 slaughter
    $.80 per lb hanging
  • Inspected Slaughter $80 per Beef &
    Custom Processing $.80 per LB hanging weight

*Pork*

  • Custom and inspected slaughter $70
    $.80 processing
  • Inspected Slaughter $70 per Hog &

*Lamb/Goat*

We do not accept beefs over 1500 lbs live weight. All beef carcass with a hanging weight over 900 lbs will be charged $100 harvest fee and $1.00 per lb hanging weight processing fee. All beefs under 400 lbs hanging weight will be charged $.80 per lb difference to 400lbs All hogs under 150lbs hanging weight will be charge $.80 per difference to 150lbs

  • Patties + $1 per LB
  • Vac Pack Grinds + $.50 per pack
  • One Steak Per Pack +$.20 per LB hanging weight
  • Divided Into Quarters + $.20 per Lb hanging weight

  • Collagen Links or Natural Links + $3 per LB
  • Pork Belly (Frozen & Sliced) $10 per side
  • Pork Jowl Slice $5 per side
  • Cube Steak, Beef Tips, Breakfast Steak and Stew Meat +$5 per choice
  • Netting +$5
  • Boxes $2 each
  • $25 for Returned Hides/Pelts
  • Custom Label made $250

***Product NOT Picked Up 7 days after Notification will incur a Storage Fee of $10 Per DAY, Per Animal.

NO CUT SHEET FEE $25 per Cut Sheet (Whole, Half, Quarter)

Late arrivals will incur $50 per animal charge
Cancelled appointments – $50 per animal charge

All Animals MUST be onsite by 8AM on appointment date.  There will be a

$50 LATE Fee per Animal for animals arriving late and may be subject to appointment being canceled.
